Higgins Dye-Based Ink, Green

Higgins dye-based inks are made from suspending brilliantly colored dyes in a professional quality shellac solution. This results in a highly lightfast, water-resistant, opaque ink that dries to a matte finish on most surfaces, and can be applied using a brush, dip pen, or airbrush. This ultra pigmented ink may be used straight from the bottle, diluted with water, or mixed with other dye-based inks and mediums.
