Jacquard Calgon, 1lb

Calgon is a water softener that prevents streaking and uneven color deposit during the dyeing process. It prevents calcium and other minerals neutralized during the process, allowing you to create an even, streakless dye job. Use 1 cup per washing machine load when dyeing in washing machine. Use ¼tsp/1.25g per 8oz dye solution in a dye bath. Use with marbling alongside Alum.
