The Montana UV-EFFECT Transparent Spray paint is a high-quality transparent effect paint that will cause your paintings to glow blue-purple under UV light. You can apply this over almost any painted surface, and then it will glow when directly under a UV light. Otherwise, this paint is colorless and at most during thick applications may apply a barely perceptible blue semi-gloss sheen.
