DecoArt’s water marbling surface prep prepares a variety of surfaces for water marbling art. Apply to fabric and other surfaces to ensure your water marbling paint adheres and lasts forever. When applying to hard surfaces or paper, apply via spray or sponge technique, and when applying to fabric simply submerge the fabric in the solution.

• Surface prep creates an unnoticeably adhesive surface to be water marbled
• Use a ratio of 1½tsp of surface prep to 2 cups of water for surfaces and 1½tsp to 4 cups of water for fabrics
• Surfaces should be water marbled within 3 days after using surface prep
• Available in an 8oz jar
