Aitoh Genshu Liquid Sumi Ink, 8.5oz

Aitoh Genshu Liquid Sumi Ink is a pigmented, purple-navy colored ink made from tree or vegetable oil soot. This extremely dark ink is ideal for calligraphy and writing and can be used directly from the bottle or diluted with water to provide lighter tones and washes. Genshu Sumi Ink has the qualities of a solid Sumi ink stick in liquid form, does not exhibit a change in viscosity when kept in lower temperatures and has a consistent flow.
