Stabilo Carbothello Pastel Pencil Set of 12

Stabilo pastel pencils are made with vibrant, opaque pigments and a soft, dusty texture. Easily blend and smudge the colors with fingers or smudging tools to create a range of effects. Pencils are also partially water-soluble and can be worked with a brush and water with the original lines still remaining. These chalk pastels are exceptionally lightfast and look their best on dark backgrounds and delicate papers.
