Winsor & Newton Artists' Picture Cleaner, 75ml

Winsor & Newton Artists’ Picture Cleaner is an emulsion of resin and oil designed to clean varnished oil paintings. It can remove dirt and debris, along with removing some oxidation. Remaining cleaner can be removed with turpentine or mineral spirits. Can also be used with unvarnished oil paintings, but that carries the risk of reactivating and dissolving the paint.
